We collect only the information needed to provide safe, high-quality care — including child details, emergency contacts, medical and dietary needs, and daily records. This information is stored securely and is only accessible to the childminder and the child's own parents/carers.

Children's names, photographs, medical information and personal details are never displayed on our public website. Photographs are only shared with parents who have provided consent.

Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time. Records required by law will be retained for the statutory period.
